Visual Studio, especially Visual Studio 2017, is usually an online installer, and you can run into problems if you lose connectivity during the installation process. However, due to legal reasons, Microsoft does not provide a complete downloadable ISO image. They can't pack Android installers from Google into the ISO. First, login to Visualstudio.com/free and click Download. I downloaded the VS community, and of course if you have an enterprise license you can also download the Enterprise Edition and put the downloaded online installation files in your own folder.
