Wamp cannot be started, and then it is found that apache is not started and the error is apache403 at the beginning. in the configuration file, check the apache configuration file httpd. conf first,
Change deny from all to allow from all.
The deny in phpmyadmin is also changed,
Then wamp cannot be started,
