Windows 7 uses the Registry to move my documents and other default system folders

This includes the values of all Shell Folders customized by the user. You can change the storage path by modifying "data. Double-click the name to be modified, fill in the complete path you want to change in the "Edit string" value data "pop-up, and press" OK. If you do not need it, right-click the window on the right and select the "string value" command in the "new" menu. Add a string value for the Shell folder corresponding to the preceding table.

In the preceding folder, there is no Outlook Address Book or mail storage path.

Address book path:

Under the primary key of HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ WAB \ wab4 \ WAB file name, change the "default" key value to the path you need.

Mail storage path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ identities \ {8150fa22-a51c-4993-8a96-dc4b9a6b4c55} \ Software \ Microsoft \ Outlook Express \ 5.0, change the "store root" key value to the path you need.

Finally, do not forget to export and save the modified registry so that you can import the Registry directly after reinstalling the system without having to modify it again.

Note: After the PATH value of the folder is modified, the files in the original folder are not moved to the new folder. In this way, only the pointing of the folder is changed.
