WordPress topic localization unnamed 1.1

Iqwolf, the original author of unnamed skin, updated the excellent WP skin to version 1.1 a few days ago. I also saw his comments on the theme of my Chinese Version 1.0. Today I started to grade this 1.1beta version.

Unnamed 1.1 Beta update:

• Integrate the new feature custom image header of WordPress 2.1.
• The format of the comment preview is the same as that of the post-published content.
• Re-layout the background management page.

• After modification, V1.1 can work normally under WP 2.0.x, but it cannot use new features such as custom image header.
  

Note: The 1.1 Beta version is only applicable to WordPress 2.1. For 2.0 users, select 1.0 or Se. Uninstall the old version before installing the new version.
