The website is used for WordPress background data statistics with Google analysis. The Google Analytics plugin is added to the WordPress Admin page, and other data can be counted but found to be less than the age of the visitor, interest, etc.
So I refer to the online method to add code in the footer.php
But the discovery is not preserved. I suspect that there is no write permission. Can the WordPress Admin page Modify the footer.php? Should I enter server modification via terminal emulation software? Why is the Google Analytics plugin not counting interest and other data, is it to set what?

WordPress Admin page can modify the footer.php, in the editor there can be changed, but need your files to have permission.
Look at the hint is no write permission, chmod 0775 try.
Statistics less than age do you have to use verification tracking code?
