For the issue that C # cannot load the driver when accessing the Oracle database.

An exception occurs when the database access code is correct, as shown in figure

Error message: system error... (Oracle in ora92 cannot load the driver)

There may be two reasons:

1. MDAC is not installed or its version is low.

2.asp.net users do not have read/write permissions on the/% Oracle %/directory.

Solution

1. Install MDAC

2. Open the Oracle Installation home directory, right-click --> properties ----> Security -----> authenticated users, remove the read and run permissions, and then select

3. restart the computer (this step is required)
