They will be lazy and only suitable for elder care .", From my personal point of view, from thinking about foreign companies to escaping from foreign companies and "foreign companies are drugs", it is at least a kind of progress. I thought that at the beginning, everyone wanted to sharpen their heads and try to drill them into foreign companies. As long as it is a foreign company, it is good, even if it is a third-Stream company abroad. When people have only one idea, it is still naive or foolish. Only different points of view exist, indicating that people begin to think and start to mature.

Here, foreign companies do not look at foreign companies from the political and economic perspectives, otherwise the problem will be complicated. We look at foreign companies from a working employee.   • Why foreign companies? I have the opportunity to go out and see the world. I have no money to travel abroad. Some colleagues flew to the United States on the first flight.
  • Why foreign companies? Make yourself an international talent. Now the earth is flat and the competition is international. We need to adapt ourselves to the changing environment.
  • Why foreign companies? First, learn foreign experience, and then serve domestic enterprises and serve the motherland.
  • Why not go to a foreign company? Why work for foreigners? I am not going to sell my country, or do not do traitors ......

Strict management means that it is relatively fair and efficient for everyone to work according to the rules, and there is no need to guess the mind of the leaders. Of course, it cannot be "completely ruled by law" and cannot be left without governance. As long as there are people, there is politics. However, these companies may have better political struggles, maybe not necessarily. Those who read "Du Lala's title escalation" have also tasted a lot of political struggles from the book. The higher the level, the more important the politics is.

Foreign companies do things, emphasizing professionalism and professionals do things. You can do or not. Even if you sell devices, systems, and system integration on your own, IBM will be invited to do it. Many items are outsourced, including finance, personnel, IT, and administration. We only focus on the market, sales, customer service, and product development. In this way, there will be a lot of business between Fortune 500 and mutual business. From my perspective, foreign companies have four advantages:

  2. Caring for employees, caring for employees, and believing that spending money on employees is worthwhile. Therefore, the general salary is high and the benefits are good (tea and medical commercial insurance ). Many state-owned enterprises are willing to make money to build buildings, buy a car, buy money to eat and drink, but do not want to spend money on their employees. Of course, the boss himself spends a lot of money (also on people, but benefiting a very small number of people ).
  3. (It may only work for European and American enterprises) Although there are great differences in salary and treatment, in the office, we emphasize that everyone is equal and everyone will call the other party's name, you do not need to call "manager", "XX Zong", and "Chairman. This is a culture. In the West, there is no cool work. In restaurants, we respect waiters and cannot reprimand the waiters.   4. There are many trainings, mainly internal training, which is very systematic and involves various aspects, including communication skills and time management. They are also very professional. After all, they are a summary of the success experiences of top-notch companies, teach you how to do things professionally.

Once an enterprise has done a great job, many problems still arise, which may be inevitable. For example, vanity, bureaucracy, face-loving, out-of-the-box presentation, too much attention to form, too careful, low efficiency, high cost, and waste of resources ...... I remember a colleague who has been working in the United States for many years. When I was working in Hp (in the United States), I didn't have to live much every day. I only needed to do 2 ~ 3 hours, very comfortable. For example, these multinational companies must recruit top 5 or top 10 graduates from famous universities. From the average level, there is no doubt that the graduates of famous universities are indeed at a high level, but there are also many mediocre universities (although they will study ). Many ordinary universities also have a lot of excellent talents. Instead, they can reduce costs. For another example, in the "Du Lala title register", Rose is angry, fake, and has a 6-month rest at home, with a lot of salary. I also got the award and went to France. This can only happen in foreign companies.

 

There are a lot to be said, such as the efficiency of large enterprises, why are they making money? Leave it for future analysis.
