If you do not take the initiative or work hard, you will be very lazy. It is difficult to enter a foreign company. It is difficult to survive in a foreign company. Sometimes it is easier. Sometimes it is worse than a state-owned enterprise ...... this is not a problem for foreign companies, but a problem for ourselves. Foreign companies provide a relaxed and comfortable working environment, giving employees no worries, allowing you to focus on your work and more innovation. In fact, no enterprise is right or wrong. Decide your own destiny at any time. We should actively respond to each other, learn from each other, and never complain. Instead, we should actively face it. You can change the environment. As long as you work hard and keep thinking, you will always get something .]

 

This is interesting.People began to doubt the foreign company's environment and even regard foreign companies as drugs: "foreign companies are drugs. They will be lazy and only suitable for elder care .", From my personal point of view, from thinking about foreign companies to escaping from foreign companies and "foreign companies are drugs", it is at least a kind of progress. I thought that at the beginning, everyone wanted to sharpen their heads and try to drill them into foreign companies. As long as it is a foreign company, it is good, even if it is a third-Stream company abroad. When people have only one idea, it is still naive or foolish. Only different points of view exist, indicating that people begin to think and start to mature.

Here, foreign companies do not look at foreign companies from the political and economic perspectives, otherwise the problem will be complicated. We look at foreign companies from a working employee. Before talking about foreign companies, we have to limit the concept of "Foreign Companies", because so many foreign companies are indeed very different. Enterprises from Europe and America are foreign companies, isn't a foreign company a brother company from yafila? Enterprises with tens of thousands of employees are foreign companies. Are foreign enterprises with a few employees not foreign companies? Therefore, what we generally say as "foreign companies" refer to multinational companies, meaning that these companies not only have branches in China, but also have branches and offices in many parts of the world. To narrow down the scope, Fortune 500 companies, such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, Cisco, HP, and Intel, or companies close to each other. These enterprises are excellent enterprises, and they cannot become large or multinational companies, although sometimes relying on a certain technology or luck. I asked many people a question: "Why do I go to a foreign company" or "Why don't I go to a foreign company ?" Various answers may include:

• Why foreign companies? High treatment, more money, after all, one dollar is close to seven yuan. "Win-win" means that everyone is cost-effective. The employee's salary is not low, and the enterprise's cost is much lower than that in China.
• Why foreign companies? Good face. After all, there are still a majority of people who are fond of foreign beauty.
• Why foreign companies? The relationship is simple, and the ability to eat depends on the ability. Domestic enterprises rely on relationships and human feelings.
• Why foreign companies? I have the opportunity to go out and see the world. I have no money to travel abroad. Some colleagues flew to the United States on the first flight.
• Why foreign companies? Make yourself an international talent. Now the earth is flat and the competition is international. We need to adapt ourselves to the changing environment.
• Why foreign companies? First, learn foreign experience, and then serve domestic enterprises and serve the motherland.
• Why not go to a foreign company? Why work for foreigners? I am not going to sell my country, or do not do traitors ......
• Why not go to a foreign company? Because you can never be the master, you can only be a professional manager at most. The best talents in China, such as Tang Jun, Li Kaifu, and Zhang yaqin, can only return to China to play a real role.
• Why not go to a foreign company? To do things for domestic enterprises, we can have a kind of national pride and be steadfast in our hearts.
• Why not go to a foreign company? Lack of human touch and dislike of Western culture.

Foreign companies do have their own advantages and have many advantages. As netizens say, "strict management of Foreign Companies" is not a bad thing. Strict management means that it is relatively fair and efficient for everyone to work according to the rules, and there is no need to guess the mind of the leaders. Of course, it cannot be "completely ruled by law" and cannot be left without governance. As long as there are people, there is politics. However, these companies may have better political struggles, maybe not necessarily. Those who read "Du Lala's title escalation" have also tasted a lot of political struggles from the book. The higher the level, the more important the politics is.

Foreign companies do things, emphasizing professionalism and professionals do things. You can do or not. Even if you sell devices, systems, and system integration on your own, IBM will be invited to do it. Many items are outsourced, including finance, personnel, IT, and administration. We only focus on the market, sales, customer service, and product development. In this way, there will be a lot of business between Fortune 500 and mutual business. Every enterprise's business is refined and the price is high, so that the output value and profit can be achieved. Of course, a financial storm and an economic crisis will cause a loss.

Foreign companies are doing things, focusing on Heroes with results, focusing on results, and not on processes. There may be a lack of human touch, but it is necessary for an enterprise to do so. The result is what the enterprise needs. In the end, it depends on the turnover and profit.

If foreign companies do things, they should do their best. If you can't do the first three tasks in the world, you can't do anything. People who work in foreign companies have different visions. They stand tall and far behind, and are rarely limited to local companies. Of course, this is not a great success, but it is very helpful for doing big things.

From my perspective, foreign companies have four advantages:

1. Be honest, discover anything dishonest, never forgive, make the Work Environment relatively easy, and the relationship is relatively simple. Many state-owned enterprises, from top to bottom, like to speak fake words, and the relationship is complex.
2. Caring for employees, caring for employees, and believing that spending money on employees is worthwhile. Therefore, the general salary is high and the benefits are good (tea and medical commercial insurance ). Many state-owned enterprises are willing to make money to build buildings, buy a car, buy money to eat and drink, but do not want to spend money on their employees. Of course, the boss himself spends a lot of money (also on people, but benefiting a very small number of people ).
3. (It may only work for European and American enterprises) Although there are great differences in salary and treatment, in the office, we emphasize that everyone is equal and everyone will call the other party's name, you do not need to call "manager", "XX Zong", and "Chairman. This is a culture. In the West, there is no cool work. In restaurants, we respect waiters and cannot reprimand the waiters. In China, we have seen many bosses who can't help but reprimand the waiters.
4. There are many trainings, mainly internal training, which is very systematic and involves various aspects, including communication skills and time management. They are also very professional. After all, they are a summary of the success experiences of top-notch companies, teach you how to do things professionally.

Once an enterprise has done a great job, many problems still arise, which may be inevitable. For example, vanity, bureaucracy, face-loving, out-of-the-box presentation, too much attention to form, too careful, low efficiency, high cost, and waste of resources ...... I remember a colleague who has been working in the United States for many years. When I was working in Hp (in the United States), I didn't have to live much every day. I only needed to do 2 ~ 3 hours, very comfortable. For example, these multinational companies must recruit top 5 or top 10 graduates from famous universities. From the average level, there is no doubt that the graduates of famous universities are indeed at a high level, but there are also many mediocre universities (although they will study ). Many ordinary universities also have a lot of excellent talents. Instead, they can reduce costs. For another example, in the "Du Lala title register", Rose is angry, fake, and has a 6-month rest at home, with a lot of salary. I also got the award and went to France. This can only happen in foreign companies.
