Format a USB flash disk in a Linux operating system

In the Linux operating system, format the USB flash drive-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. Do not perform operations unless otherwise the data cannot be retrieved. If you want to format the USB flash drive into ext3, come with me.

The following uses sda1 as an example.

Fdisk-l/dev/sda1

If it is mounted, uninstall it first.

Umount/dev/sda1

Then format

Mkfs-t ext3/dev/sda1
