Format pictures in Word 2007 documents in bulk

1. Embedded picture

If a picture in a document in the operating system is selected, 8 black control blocks appear around it, as shown in Figure 1, which means that the pictures are embedded.

For embedded pictures, either Word 2007 or Word 2003,win7 flagship, you can open the Find and Replace dialog box directly, set the Find what to ^g, and then position the cursor in the Replace text box, first by clicking the More button, You can see search options, formats, special formats, and so on, choose Frame from the Drop-down menu in the format, set the horizontal position to center, Win7 then return to the Find and Replace dialog box, and then click Replace All to take effect (see Figure 2).

2. Surround-style picture

If a deep XP system downloads a picture in a document, as shown in Figure 3, a 8 blue control block appears around the selection (Word 2003 is white), which means the pictures are wrapping.

Ghost XP SP3 for the bulk processing of surround-style pictures, first you need to select a picture in the document, the XP system automatically activates the Picture toolbar, and then right-click to select Custom, as shown in Figure 4, to add the command "Select multiple objects" to the Picture toolbar.

Next, we can click this button, at this time Windows7 system download will pop up the dialog box shown in Figure 5, you can see the default selected here is of course the selected pictures, XP now only need to click the "Select All" button in the current document all the pictures are selected.

②word 2007

Operation is similar to Word 2003, we still need to open the Word Options → Customize dialog box, the system download first please set "SELECT commands from the following location" to "all Commands", and then Find "", add it to the Quick Access Toolbar, You can quickly select all the wrapping pictures in the document with this button (see Figure 6).
