One, shortcut key: The keyboard key combination, carries on the editing operation, may greatly improve the editing speed. By using shortcut keys, you can type commands for text, objects, and so on using the keyboard instead of the Mouse pop-up menu (when you need to set the dialog box, pop-up dialog box). The shortcut key is displayed on the right side of the menu command.
Example: New CTRL + N
Open Ctrl+o
CTRL is the keyboard's control key, CTRL + N is to hold down CTRL while pressing the N key.
Use Hotkey: Through keyboard, open menu, execute command.
For example, to perform the Fill option in row format of the Format menu, follow these steps:
1, while pressing the ALT key and the "format" menu with the underlined Roman word "P", then pop-up drop-down menu;
2, press ↑↓ key Select command, the menu command selected is inverted display. Press the ENTER key to execute the command. You can also type the Roman word underlined directly to the left of the command;
3, if you want to interrupt the above operation, you can press the ALT key.
Some command items in the menu are in a dimmed state, indicating that the current command is not available.
