Fourteen emotions can be successful

Many of our tasks are influenced by feelings. Because our feelings can bring us great achievements or failures, we must understand that to control our own feelings, the first thing we should do is, what are the stimulating feelings for us? We can divide these feelings into seven types of negative and seven types of positive emotions.

The seven types of negative emotions are:

1. Fear 2. Hate 3. Anger 4. Greed 5. Jealousy 6. Revenge 7. Superstition

The seven positive emotions are:

1. Love 2. Sex 3. Hope 4. Confidence 5. Sympathy 6. Optimism 7. Loyalty

The above 14 emotions are the key to success or failure in your life plan. Their combination can be both extraordinary and chaotic, and it is up to you to decide.

Each of the above emotions is related to the mentality, which is why I have always emphasized my mentality. These emotions are actually a reflection of your individual mentality, and your mentality is an object that you can organize, guide, and fully control.

You must control your thoughts. You must be alert to the various emotions in your thoughts, and accept or reject your thoughts based on their influence on your mentality.

Optimism will increase your confidence and elasticity, and hatred will make you lose your sense of tolerance and justice. If you cannot control your emotions, your life will suffer from occasional emotional impulses.

If you are trying to control your emotions, you can prepare a chart to write down the number of times you experience and control your emotions every day. This method can help you understand the frequency and strength of your emotions. Once you discover the stimulating factors, you can take actions to remove them or find them for full use.

Turn your desire to succeed into a strong persistent mind and begin to achieve your clear goals. These are two basic elements that enable you to learn emotional control, there is a complementary relationship between these two basic elements. When one element progresses, the other element also progresses.
