Foxmail can't use 163 mailboxes?

1. Verify the validity of 163 mailboxes with Web end

Encountered in the Foxmail 163 mailbox, you need to first attempt to log on to the 163 mail server through the Web side, with the previously set mailbox password login to verify the access. If there is no problem in the Web-side login (Figure 1), the password to prove that the mailbox is not a problem, you need to look for other reasons.

If the above steps are still unable to connect to the mail server in the Foxmail, then further in the 163 mailbox Web-side management Interface Select "Client authorization Password", enter the Authorization Code Settings page, select "Open" Client authorization code. It should be noted that the client-side authorization password cannot be set to the same as the Web mailbox password. Therefore, this is also the problem where you cannot log in to your mailbox with a previously set password. Finally, try to set the access password in Foxmail with the new authorization code, the problem will generally be solved.

Small tip:

Open the client authorization password, needs the handset authentication, the input authentication code passes after can set the client authorization code. When the authorization Code service is turned on, the server side automatically opens the Smtp/pop3/imap service.
