Foxmail How to mass mail

1, open the Foxmail interface, click to switch to the lower left corner of the contact bar, at this time you can see all the contacts in the mailbox information and e-mail address. You can only add contact information through the new Contact button.

2, click "New Group", in the bounce out of the dialog box, custom named group name. Then click the "Add Member" button. Add the contact you want to send in.

3, in the "Add Member" bounce out of the dialog box, you can see all of the Mailbox contact information, select the contact you want to send, through the right arrow to move to the list of participants. Click OK when the move is complete.

4. After the contact is added, you can see all the contact information in the group list. If you find an incorrect addition or leak, you can change it by clicking the "Add Member" button on the right. Once the confirmation is correct, click the "Save" button. After saving need to modify still can click Edit button to modify.

5, contact the establishment of a good, select groups, the right mouse click, in the bounce out of the tab select the "Write Mail" option. The New mail interface pops up and the mailbox address of all group members is automatically loaded in the recipient column.

6, in the new mail interface zip down box option select "Set to send separately", at this time can see the Inbox will become sent separately, and the following will load the note sent separately, the message will be more than one person to send a one-to-one. After you edit the message, you can successfully send the message to each contact by clicking the Send button directly.
