Because of his negligence, often forget to save in the Outbox Mail sent out, and delayed things. To prevent this from happening again, you can have Foxmail automatically check each mailbox account for unsent messages when exiting. Click the menu "Tools" → "System settings" in the main window, open the Settings window, select the check for unsent messages when exiting check box on the General tab, and click OK to save the settings. So when the foxmail is turned off, if there are unsent messages in the Outbox, Foxmail will pop up the warning dialog box, and the details of which mailbox account there are not sent messages, click "No" button to cancel the program off.
In the General tab, there are a number of practical options. For example, select the "Automatically start Foxmail when system starts" checkbox so that the system automatically runs after logging in Foxmail, eliminating the manual running of programs. If you select the Automatically empty Trash box when exiting check box, Foxmail will delete all the messages in the Trash box, so that the unwanted messages will be deleted from the hard drive (usually in the Foxmail click the "Delete" button or press the DEL key, just convert these messages to the scrap box).
