Symptom:
Open Foxmail, find all message headers are in, but when clicked on each message, pop-up error prompts
cannot create file c:/documents and settings/administrator/local settings/temporary Internet Files/unknown ( 10-18-18-58-41). htm, and see the message blank, unable to reply to the message .
Troubleshooting: Open the Temporary Internet Files folder, delete all files, and then view the Temporary Internet Files folder properties, still occupy a lot of space, proving that there are many files in the folder exists, so into the DOS , use the dir command to see all the files, and then use the del *.* command to delete all files. Reopen Foxmail, all messages are OK.
Solution:
1 . Click "Start"-run, enter cmd, OK, enter DOS, then enter del C:/Documents and Settings/administrator/local settings/temporary Internet files/*.* command clears all files in the Temporary Internet Files folder to restore the message to normal
2, detailed steps, the following input characters do not include double quotes, and please exit the other applications first;
If 1 cannot be performed, click "Start"-run, enter cmd, OK, enter DOS,
Then enter theCD local Settings return after C:/Documents and settings/administrator/.
Now enter the C:/Documents and settings/administrator/local settings/
And then type "CD Temporary Internet Files " carriage return,
At this point, enter the C:/Documents and settings/administrator/local settings/temporary Internet files/
Then enter "del *.* ", Return,
Pop-up prompts "confirm (y/n)",
Select "Y " and enter
The cleanup is complete. Foxmail back to normal. (See picture)
