FreeBSD does not stop after a service error is started. Solution

Source: Internet
Author: User

It may be because I set an error when starting a service in/etc/rc. conf, which causes FreeBSD to stop there after an error is reported and cannot enter the system.

So I restarted the system and entered the single-user mode. The prompt is:

Enter full pathname of shell or return for/bin/sh:
Press enter directly. commands such as EE and VI cannot be used.

Run the Mount-a command to prompt the file system to be repaired.

Then use mout-A after fsck-y. Now OK

Finally, use EE or VI to modify/etc/rc. conf, and comment out the modified lines. Then, reboot.
