Preface
Freedom and constraints are usually opposite, but after going through freedom and constraints, I find that they are not in conflict. This article only talks about the feeling of freedom and constraint from the perspective of my personal learning self-control (I am a person with poor self-control ability ).
Question
Regain freedom
In the past, whether at school or with students in advanced education, they were always in a learning atmosphere. In addition, we will also have the constraints given by the teacher, so that we have to tighten our nerves. Facts have proved that the learning efficiency is very high in this tight state, but people cannot be in this tight state for a long time, but like a rubber band, The more you stretch, the more powerful the rebound; therefore, once a person in a tight state leaves this state, he will be eager for freedom, that is, to completely relax himself. Therefore, there will usually be a period of study.
Reflection
After a period of silence, we often begin to reflect on the previous status, freedom is good, but it is not in conflict with learning. Why not merge the two and combine work and rest? However, for me, who have been used to comfort, I have a lack of strength. There are always various excuses and reasons to fill the time, and the human nature (lazy) is shown naked. On the one hand, it shows that your time management is not good enough, and on the other hand, it is because you are too indulgent and have no constraints.
In the past, we had constraints from others, so for people who are not very self-controlled like me, once we lose the constraints of others, it would be difficult for us to restrain ourselves, unless it is a great motivation (or stress), we have to constrain ourselves and force ourselves to learn.
Execution
In fact, in the end, it is because your own execution is too poor, and all the ideas that have not been put into action are white. But with constraints (whether from yourself or others), your execution will become stronger, with the aim of improving yourself.
So if you want to do something, do it now!
