Freemarker pass Chinese parameter garbled in URL

In Freemarker, set the encoding format of the URL to the format you want:

< #setting url_escaping_charset= ' Utf-8 ' >

Then add the "? URL" After the argument, so that the parameter encoding passed to the background is the format you want.
