Moderator: Mr. Liu, how did you first choose to be in this industry?

Liu Hongtao: I just graduated as an embedded engineer in a company to do security work, and then face the change in the internal position of the company I choose to leave this company. In my opinion, the difference between embedded professional instructors and embedded engineers lies in the following two points:

Story one: What to do when you encounter something you don't like at work?

After graduating from the master's degree, embedded-related jobs are still very scarce, which is still the case today. I remember the first day I was in the leadership assigned me a task, but this task I do not like very much and not good at, usually we encounter this situation when there are three main options: one is to find leadership reflects, let the leadership to change a task for us, the other is to bite their own groping to do it down; The last situation is to avoid doing it directly. At that time, I groped myself to complete the task, now think about the work I do not like to finish the content is very meaningful, at least for our future work is still very useful, in addition to change the leadership of our views, so that the leadership of our more trust and recognition.

Story two: After a period of work, in the face of career changes to choose the appropriate industry.

After working for some time, we usually face changes in our career. Story three: How to find the opportunity to develop oneself in the work?

My personal character is more moderate, but do not want to spend the mediocrity of this life, so first did a period of technology, and then came to huaqing foresight to do the lecturer to later set up their own team, until now according to the company's development needs and set up a research and development center. This series of life is based on the development of their own life and personality of the decision, in fact, our own development opportunities in the three kinds of situations, one is poor communication people can choose to do the technology to do fine, strong; one is the technology to achieve a certain degree, can be integrated lead the team to carry out; the last one is more passionate, Young people with confidence to start a business together.

Story four: In the course of doing things encountered some things mentality.

In cooperation with a university in Zhengzhou, the university from our vision to introduce a set of equipment, early detection did not find problems, but when we send this set of equipment to Zhengzhou University, we again detected a little bit of a problem, and then after the layers of the investigation found to be a small chip problem, In this case, we take the initiative to practice with the university and replace the equipment, today we still with the Zhengzhou University to maintain friendly relations of cooperation. Moderator: What is your most painful opinion in the whole process of growing up?

Liu Hongtao: Just this kind of problem has been discussed above, in fact, the most painful thing is to sell the product hardware above some non-change errors.
