Because of the high fault tolerance of the project, it has been developed with Firefox debugging.

When using Angular-file-upload components to upload files, found IE, chrome, can not even upload the same file, and with the Firefox browser upload, the function is normal.

By looking at the Angular-file-upload source code, it is possible to activate and perform the file upload function by onchange event.

For third-party plug-ins, can not change, to facilitate future upgrades.

Instead, recompile the file upload component after the file upload completes event.
