First to set the rectangle of the text box properties, the Rectangular property box right click, select "Form Field Properties" In the pop-up window you can set its size. In the form properties we simply save the "result to" select "Send To Other object" (Figure 8). Then click on the lower left corner of the "Options" button, in the pop-up window (Figure 9), in the "Action" drawing mode fill in the "mailto: your email address" on the line. Fill in like Figure 9, just change the email address to yours.

After filling out this form is done, and then to deal with, click the Preview button Preview. After browsing your Web page, you can post a message in your suggestion book (Figure 10), and the message will be emailed to your mailbox after the confirmation.
