Build a fruit retail platform, the user is mainly in school students. Students can order fruit according to their needs online, each dormitory building has a fixed responsible person responsible for the distribution of fruit, fruit from the fruit retailer to the head of the school to provide.

N:need in school students need fruit every day, but because of the price of the fruit sold more than the outside, usually there will be a lot of students to more distant place to buy fruit, so need such a platform for students in the school to provide cheaper and more convenient way to buy fruit.
A:approach student users can choose their desired fruit online and order. The fruit trader receives the order information to prepare, each day to set a time point sends the fruit to the school, to each dormitory building's person in charge, distributes by the responsible person to the user hand. The user confirms the order.
B:benefits because the platform runs when the fruit is bought directly from the retailer, the price will be much cheaper than the study suit. And will be delivered to the door.
C:competition competitive pressure ratio is large. Because there are some more mature retail platforms, such as daily excellent fresh. But we can dispatch to the dormitory directly, save the trouble of picking. There is also some competition for shops that sell fruit around the school, but the prices we sell will be relatively cheap.
D:delivery first to the surrounding friends and classmates to promote trial operation. If no problem will be promoted to the whole school students.
