FS G729 transcoding Test record

By default, FreeSWITCH comes with a G729 module that is pass-through-and does not support transcoding. We decided to add a module that supports G729 transcoding to FreeSWITCH. Reference from 8000HZ.

First, install the G729 module which supports transcoding

1. Download mod_g729.zip (change from Deepwalker-fs_itu_g729-0bcddb5.tar)

2. Unzip the #unzip Mod_g729.zip

3. Delete the original module and add the new module to the codec directory

4. Try Compiling

CD src/mod/codecs/mod_g729 make
