Full access to MyIM chat software-hands-on instructions on MyIM

MyIM is a brand new instant messaging tool that successfully supports the QQ, MSN, ICQ, and Yahoo Instant Messaging Protocols. It can be said that its development prospects are huge. MyIM has been paying attention to its development since its beta version was launched last year. I think its design idea is quite good. In September 1 this year, I finally saw its official version. As a super Fans of MyIM, I believe more and more friends will like MyIM and become loyal users of MyIM like me. However, since the software was just released, I believe that new MyIM users are still unfamiliar with it. I am willing to share my MyIM journey with you, let's enter the free communication world of MyIM together.

MyIM first-how to log on to other chat accounts such as QQ and MSN in MyIM?

I will not talk about the installation process. I can search for MyIM online to find its installation program. We will start from installation. After installing MyIM, we start to enter the free communication world of MyIM:

Step 1: install the software and register it successfully. The following window is displayed (Figure 1 ):

Step 2: import data

Click "Next" in Figure 1, and the second window appears (Figure 2 ):

There are two options:

1. Click Next to continue importing QQ data: (see figure 3)

After importing the data, click Next to import other IM (MSN, etc.) data. MyIM is an independent soft text. It does not mean that after installing MyIM, you must import QQ data. MyIM was designed to address user conversion issues, so it developed a data support function that allows users to use QQ on MyIM and keep all of its original chat records and other data.

2. Click "Skip" to cancel importing QQ data and go to the "Import MSN data" window (figure 4)

If you click "Skip", MyIM will not import any QQ data. At that time, you can add a new QQ account on the account manager, but in this case, everything starts from 0. QQ does not have any raw data.

3. Add another account, such as MSN, yahoo, and ICQ.

When importing QQ, you can skip this step. MyIM will jump to the image (for example, 4) of the imported MSN account ). Just like importing QQ data, enter your account and password and press next. If you select Skip, you can add your own MSN account on the account manager.

4. Select your preferred style:

Click Next to display a style screen (for example, 5). Select your preferred style and click "finish" to exit the setup wizard.

5. Account Manager

Click Account Manager in (figure 5) to display the MyIM Account Management window (for example, 6)

Click "Add new user" to display a page for adding a new user (Figure 7 ):

You can add chat accounts with different protocols here. If you select a service type, select the type of the instant messaging software you want to add. For example, You need to log on to MyIM with your QQ number 123456. Select the service type QQ, enter the QQ number 123456, and the relevant password. Next, select the login type and whether to save the password. This is a detailed description of the MyIM design. I believe that the QQ login details are not the same. To save the password, MyIM is "considerate". You can save the password to a local machine or an online server. Intranet users need to set the proxy server.

After adding the account, click log on to view the QQ account you have logged on to appear in the QQ column on the main interface of MyIM. The main interface of MyIM appears (figure 8. In MyIM, you can log on to multiple QQ, MSN, yahoo, and ICQ accounts at the same time. The process of adding these accounts is the same as that of adding QQ accounts. MyIM has created the first communication platform in China that truly supports multiple different chat tools and more chat accounts are used together, we can add multiple accounts for QQ, MSN, and other chat tools to communicate with different friends in a window, which greatly facilitates our communication on the network.
