Because the interview on Saturday was the last day, I thought ZTE had despised me. unexpectedly, I received an interview notice from ZTE on Friday afternoon. This time I arranged for the city center, in addition, the interview time is half past nine in the morning. It's all doomed that on Saturday, we don't just need to sleep late, and we have to get up very early, so we're so sad ......

Fortunately, two alarm clocks were set during sleep on Friday night, one at half past six and the other at. Otherwise, it is estimated that I would have to go to bed. The second alarm clock would barely get up and wash when it was busy, it was almost eight o'clock when everything was done to the bus station. It was too inefficient to scold myself, and finally caught up with the bus, at half past nine, I hurried to the ZTE interview Hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel, I first checked in a small conference room and lined up with a number. Then I found a location waiting for the call. There were about 10 to 20 people waiting there, some people sit and chat together, and some are reading some of the information they bring. The guy next to me is lying on the desk to make up his senses. I am also too sleepy, if you don't know anyone around, you can raise your mind on the table for a while. Because you have already placed an order, you may soon be called for an interview, so you don't dare to fall asleep, maybe it was too sleepy. I almost fell asleep in less than ten minutes, so I quickly sat up and went around to see the drive.

After waiting for another 10 to 20 minutes, HR finally called my name and followed me to a corridor with more than 40 square meters outside the room. The hardware and software teams waited in two groups, wait for about 10 minutes. HR called me and followed me in. I found that there were about 20 tables, and two interviewers sat on one side of each table, the quilt sat opposite them. I was taken to an idle group of two men.

I handed them my resume. The two interviewers held their resumes. The interviewer on the right began to score based on the whole process I was in and some questions I asked later (which seems to be divided into several levels of sabcd, specifically, the interviewer on the left put his resume on the desk and pretended to look at my resume, but apparently he felt a little delayed and paused, in addition, my eyes are stuck in talking about something. I think he should be playing with a mobile phone. At that time, most of the questions they asked were too much to remember. I only knew about the project I was doing, the specific division of labor, and then asked some questions based on my division of labor. After a while, you can go out and wait for two sides.

After I came out, I peeked at them for scoring far away at the door, because the interviewer on the right was still very serious throughout the process, and scored almost all the scores, while the interviewer on the left was not, he copied the score from the interviewer on the right. Later, an HR told me not to stand at the door. When I first arrived, I waited for the room to wait for the second, so I had to pretend to wait for the second, in fact, I feel that I am not good at myself. Although I have heard from my colleagues that I have only two sides, I am still worried about being brushed.

After waiting for a while, I finally got called again. Like one side, I first waited in the queue and was called in by HR, because one side and two sides were all in one place, in addition, the interviewer can both face and face. Of course, for the same person, the interviewer cannot be in the same group on both sides. This time, I was taken to the front of the two interviewers who were both ladies. I felt that the atmosphere was quite relaxed, because one of the interviewers seemed to be still smiling, and I felt much more relaxed than a face, first, I will introduce myself, and then I will ask some specific questions about some of your self-introductions. There are very few technical questions on this side, mainly about your personality, I love sports, my views on overtime, chatting, and so on. When I asked me about my personality, I was more introverted and I was not able to open my face to strangers. But then, during the interview, I felt like I was so talkative, it may make the two interviewers think it is too false. If they cannot receive the offer in the future, it may also be a reason. But in fact, I am really introverted, not talkative, and can't open to strangers. Maybe the two interviewers looked more friendly that day, so they said more that day.

Later, when talking about what kind of sports I like, I said that I like riding games very much. Then they asked me where the farthest ride was. Then I blew them up to describe the ride situation, I have heard that I want to explain something in English before. I thought they would forget it. After I finish speaking, let me explain in English that "customer is God". Oh, my God, I shouted badly. Let me use 1 ~ After two minutes of thinking, I explained that my head was blank during that time and I couldn't think of anything at all. In the end, I couldn't just give up, however, the interviewer suggested that I use Chinese to express it, and I would just say a few things. In this way, the two sides are almost over, so that you can wait for notifications.

To sum up, ZTE is mainly engaged in R & D in Shenzhen, Xi'an, and Nanjing. Therefore, there is a large demand in these areas. You must make the right choice when submitting your resume. If you do not have your position, if you do not obey the expected adjustments, it is estimated that most of them will be useless. The technical side should be the technical side, and the technical side will not be too difficult. As long as you are modest enough and have done some projects or other things, you will generally be given two chances. The second aspect is the comprehensive aspect. It mainly examines one of your concepts of life, such as overtime and sports. Then, it is a test of oral English.
