Sometimes MySQL cannot be fully uninstalled. In this case, you must delete the registry and some residual files in some ways before re-installing them!

First (1) Start-MySQL Server 5.1-MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard ---> Remove Instance.

(3) Find the MySQL service in the service and stop the MySQL service.
