(3) Delete the registry:
Hkey_local_machine\software\oracle;

Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\eventlog\application, remove Oracle;
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, remove all prefixes with Ora, Oracle, ORCL, or Enumora;
Hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\menuorder\start Menu\Programs, Remove all keys that start with Oracle;
Hkey_local_machine\software\odbc\odbcinst. INI to remove all keys that contain oracle except Microsoft ODBC for Oracle;
Some of these registry keys may have been removed while uninstalling Oracle products;
(4) Review the environment variables and delete the settings for Oracle in Classpath and path;
(5) Delete:
A. Delete all Oracle-related icons on the desktop and on the program menu;
B. C:\Program Files\oracle Catalogue;
C. C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Oracle Directory
D. C:\Users\Administrator\Oracle or C:\Documents and settings\administrator\oracle directories;
E. C:\windows delete the following files: Oracle.ini, Oradim73. INI, Oradim80. INI, Oraodbc.ini, etc.;
F. If there is a [ORACLE] tag segment in the Win.ini file under C:\WINDOWS, delete the paragraph;
To this, completely uninstall Oracle, restart the computer, installation will be ready!
