Working principle:

The upper computer automatically obtains the information of the next piece of layout from the cutting machine (which is required by the Windows system's cutting control system), or the upper computer opens the cutting file for sequential cutting. After the information is obtained, the upper computer controls the suction cup holder to move to the position of the label printer and print all the labels in the layout to the suction cup. When the glass is moved from the operating unit to the cutting unit, the control system obtains the glass moving speed, and the suction cup bracket automatically moves to the corresponding position under the traction of the servo motor to complete the labeling operation.

1. How many seconds can I paste 16 tags? How do you achieve such a high speed?

A: First, the suction cup bracket moves fast (the speed of the upper part is about 0.5 ~ 0.7 m/second), the movement speed of the suction cup holder can reach 3 m/second; second, the path is optimized by using Parel's optimization algorithm, and labels are pasted at the shortest distance.

3. What cutting machines does your labeling system support?

4. How many suction cups are there in total? What if the number of tags is greater than the number of suction cups?

A: There are a total of 16 suction cups (according to our statistics, 99.9% of the cases are within 16). If the number exceeds 16, we have configured a backup printer, assume that one original slice is cut down to 20 finished products, 16 of which are automatically pasted, 4 are printed by the backup printer, and the alarms on the edge of the backup printer are on, reminding the operator
