FW MX 2004 Panel settings combination and save

Accustomed to fireworks MX, the first thing to turn on Fireworks MX 2004 is to reorganize the executive Panel on the right. The default setting for Fireworks MX 2004 itself (800x600 resolution), only Assets,colors,frames and history three panel groups (the panel area combinations on the right side of the other resolution will be different), The remaining panels are still hidden under the Windows pop-up menu. This setting is very different from the personal custom work interface that we used to know in MX, so before we start our new job, we have to organize the panels that we have become accustomed to, as if we had to make a new desk before we could get the job done.

Like Fireworks MX, you want to group each panel in fireworks MX 2004 to click on the black triangle in the upper right corner of any open panel, and select the existing panel in the pop-up menu to group with the other panels in the menu. Select a group of panel groups, under the Panel group has the various panel links (MX is the label display), click to enter this panel interface, and display the Panel's label. Click on the icon in the upper-right corner of the panel, and there is a combination of options.


The grouped panel group displays the name of the embedded panel in its header column by default:


Of course, we can also name ourselves, the same way, is to open the panel right corner of the small button, from the pop-up menu to find.


Under this pop-up menu, there is also the option to "close this panel group."

If the panel you are combining is not already displayed in the Executive panel area, fireworks will pop up a floating panel window in the workspace to show the results of your operation, just like opening a new panel in an existing panel group that does not exist in the execution panel area.


In the process of reorganization it is natural that you will make some new adjustments, when your workspace will gradually appear more and more floating panel groups. This is a nasty thing to do, and the Panel group to the right. The Panel area movement is difficult to rearrange, the window is always floating, and is not integrated into the Executive Panel area. What should we do?


The solution is not difficult, please note that in the upper-left corner of each panel group, there are two rows of small dots icon, the mouse to move above, will become a cross 22 inverted arrow shape, left-click the icon to move, you can put the current floating panel into the right side of the Executive Panel area. The same method can also drag panel groups from the Executive panel area again to become floating panels, which is also true in FW mx.


The head of a panel group looks like a link to a Web page, which is underlined when the mouse moves up. Click on the Panel group's head to let the panel expand or fold. The same is true for the small arrows that appear on the head, as well as the current state of the display Panel group.


Here, the reorganization of the right side of the executive Panel has been basically done. Remember to select Menu commands-panel Layout sets-save Panel Layout。 Take a name and store the area of the finished panel where the adjustment is completed.


Like FWMX, the right side of the executive panel area to the left, there is a separator bar, through which you can drag and drop the width of the executive panel area, FW MX 2004 here added a new feature, click on the middle of the splitter bar arrows can also hide, display the Executive panel area, but this feature currently only supports the Windows platform.
