1. Disable the "disable all sounds" option on the tablet.

4. Slide the screen up to cancel the hook for closing all sounds.

1. Press the side volume key and click the gear icon.
2. Increase the notification volume.
4. Check whether the text message ringtone is set to mute.

2. Click menu in the lower-left corner and click set ].
3. Slide the screen up with your fingers and hook the notification.
4. Click Select ringtone ].
5. Click media storage and select only once ]. (Note: If no third-party software such as "91 Assistant" is installed on your mobile phone, it will jump directly to step 1 .)
6. In the ringtone list, check whether it is set to mute. If it is set to mute, select another ringtone and click OK.
