2. Make Excel2010

Open excel2010 and prepare the data to be sorted.

Adjust the excel format. Generally, the excel format is in the time format and needs to be adjusted to the regular format.


Select data, click the 'insert' menu, find the bar chart-two-dimensional bar chart-stacked bar chart, and click Select.


Display the time bar above to facilitate viewing. Right-click the Y axis of the generated graph, set the axis format, and select the Reverse type.

Set the x-axis attribute to display the start position at the origin and adjust the spacing as appropriate.

Select the image in the list, right-click the blue part, and set the data series format to "unfilled.

Restore the cell format of the previously set date. You can complete the Gantt chart effect, drag and adjust it as needed.
