After eclipse is started for the first time, it sets the encoding for "saving files" based on the language of your operating system. If it is Chinese, it is GBK. you can change it to UTF-8 or another one. when saving the JSP containing Chinese characters... there is a pageencode. You 'd better specify it .. however, you cannot save the Chinese characters in the properties file .. to download a plug-in ., it can write Chinese characters and save them as ASC codes .. as for other issues, it should be the encoding in development .. I used to work in English .. I have never designed Chinese characters .. recently, I encountered a solution that saves the UTF-8 JSP file encoding in eclipse.
Pageencode is UTF-8 filter is also urf-8 database is

1. Right-click the project name and choose Properties. On the displayed page, set the encoding to see if it is GBK. 2. In the menu bar -- preferences -- General -- content types, expand the text in the upper-right corner, find the Java source file, and check the default encoding method in the lower-right corner. Change it to GBK and click Update. Generally, it's okay to change these two places.
