General procedures and considerations for app submission

Because it is the first time to submit, so, only to say my submission process, as well as the problems encountered in this process and solutions.

Submission Process:

1. Join the Apple Developer program. This part will not be a nonsense.

2. Log in to Apple Developer and enter Member Center-to ITunes Connect.

3. Go to my Apps. Because there must be no content for the first time, click the + sign in the upper left corner.

4. A popup box appears, fill in the basic information of your new app.

4.1. Name. Fill in the name you gave the software.

4.2. Primary Language. Main language. Your software can be internationalized, but choose the primary language.

4.3. Bundle ID. This corresponds to the bundle ID in Xcode. Select the second option for Xcode IOS Wildcard App ID-* After that, a new box appears on the right, titled Bundle ID Suffix. Note that you fill in Xcode in the bundle ID content exactly the same content, or the submission will be error, and due to the current version is not stable, the error content may be inconsistent with the actual errors.

4.4. Version. Version number, complete with you.

4.5. SKU. Unique identifiers that do not appear in the App Store. Fill it out, but advise yourself to establish the rules. Click Create to go to the app submit detailed settings screen.

5. The app submits the detailed Settings screen.

5.1. Version Information section. This part of the fill in the following:

5.1.1. App Video Preview and screenshots. This section is the screen and video for submitting your app. The video was just added after IOS8, and this time I didn't submit the video. You can upload up to 5 pieces. Note that your application support what size of the device, it is necessary to upload the corresponding device program, do not upload will be error. And this error only appears when you upload your package, and it doesn't appear until you upload it.

5.1.2. Name. The name of your software.

5.1.3. Description. Software description. This section can be in Chinese.

5.1.4. Keywords. Easy to find keywords for the software to be searched.

5.1.5. Support URL. Support site, I am using the URL of my blog.

5.1.6. Marketing url and Privacy Policy URL are optional.

5.2. General App Information section. This part of the fill in the following:

5.2.1. App Icon. Upload the icon that appears on the App Store. Now the requirement size is 1024*1024.

5.2.2. Apple ID. Automatically generated.

5.2.3. Category. Select the category of your app. You can choose two, the second one is optional.

5.2.4. Rating. User age limit. Select None in the pop-up box, which is the ages 4+ level. Other options are not tried.

5.2.5. License agreement. License Agreement, leaving the default.

5.2.6. Copyright. Copyright. Write in the prompt format. Time in front of developers in the post. such as Raingu.

5.2.7. Trade Representative contact information. The following check boxes are not selected. This looks like a choice to be displayed on the Korean app store.

5.2.8. (Developer name). This part fills in the developer's address telephone and so on communication way.

5.2.9. Routing App Coverage File. Not too clear. Fortunately, the option is available.

5.3. Build. This is part of uploading your binary package. This part is the focus.

5.3.1. Go back to Xcode and choose product-------edite scheme. In the pop-up box, select Run. Under the Info option on the right, select the build configuration as release and the other unchanged. Then click Close in the lower right corner to exit the dialog box.

5.3.2. Select Product--Archive. Xcode runs automatically, and the Organizer-archives dialog box pops up. You will see the basic information after the application is archived. Click Export on the right, select the first option in the Pop-up dialog box, Next. The name of your developer program appears, select then Next. This will bind your app to the name of your developer program. In the Summary dialog box that appears, click Export to have the option to store the IPA file location. Find a good place to be sure. In this way, you will have the IPA file.

5.3.3. Then go back to the Organizer-archives window, (you can turn it back on by window---organizer If you've already turned it off.) ) Select Submit on the right. Choose your developer program name, select the IPA file, upload it. If there is no error before, then this should be able to upload the IPA file successfully. If there is an error, it depends on what the error message is.

5.3.4. Back to my apps, in build Select the IPA file you just uploaded. So your hard-to-finish code is uploaded successfully.

5.4. Game Center is selected according to the situation.

5.5. App Review infomation. The Apple audit team needs to know your contact information so that you can be contacted when there is a problem. Just fill in your contact information.

5.6. Version Release. Two options, the first is the app after the approval of the automatic release, the second is approved after you manually post. I'll pick the first one.

5.7. Click the pricing button at the top of the page to switch to the pricing page and select your pricing. Then go back to the app information editing interface.

5.8. Select Save in the upper right corner of the entire page. Of course, it is recommended that you save every item you complete during the entire editing process to avoid duplication of effort caused by unexpected browser crashes.

5.9. Click the Submit for review button next to save. Submit a review. If there are no errors, this button disappears after you return to this page. If it fails, there will be an error message. Modify it based on the error prompt.
