First, the CSS overview:

CSS refers to cascading style sheets

CSS style sheets greatly increase productivity

Second, CSS syntax:

selector{Property:value; }

For example:

h1{color:red;        font-size:14px; }

property is greater than one, the attributes are separated by semicolons

If the value is greater than one word, you need to enclose the quotation marks

p{font-family: "Sans serif"; }

Third, CSS advanced syntax:

1. Selector grouping

h1,a,h2{Color:blue;        font-size:50px; }

2. Inheritance

body{Color:blueviolet; }

Styles that have been defined have their own style, and styles that are not defined refer to the style inside the body

That is, the BODY element takes effect only if the element does not have its own style

That's one of its inheritance effects.
