Setting tab stops can also be done in a dialog box, as follows:
1. Perform "format" → "tab stop" and Open the tab Stop dialog box.
Tip: If you have used the default tab stops to make more than one column of text, you can select these paragraphs before you perform this step.
2. Enter the exact position of the tab stop in the tab stop position box.
Tip: The tab stops shown here are related to settings, execute tools → options, and in the General tab you can select the units of measure you want.
3. Select a "alignment".
4. Select a "leader character".
Tip: This item is more useful in making catalogs.
5. Click the "Settings" button.
6. Repeat the 2-4 steps above to set up other tab stops.
7. Click "OK" button to complete the setup.
