Getting started with Oracle (general process)

Some operations in the previously installed default orcl database basically meet the general requirements. The following are detailed steps>

1. Create a tablespace

Create tablespace name: datafile path and tablespace name. DBF & quot; 'C: \ oracle \ product \ 10.1.0 \ oradata \ orcl \ bjyc. dbf' & quot; size & quot; 100 MB & quot; Auto scaling on/off

2. Create a user

Create user bjyc "User Name 」

Identified ""

Default tablespace bjyc "specified tablespace 」

Temporary tablespace temp

Profile default;

3. Authorize a specified user

-- Modify the user

Alter user bjyc

Quota unlimited on bjyc;

-- Grant/Revoke role privileges

Grant DBA to bjyc;

Grant mgmt_user to bjyc;

-- Grant/Revoke SYSTEM privileges

Grant alter user to bjyc;

Grant create any table to bjyc;

Grant create user to bjyc;

Grant drop user to bjyc;

Grant select any dictionary to bjyc;

Grant unlimited tablespace to bjyc;

4. Log On with the new user.
