This tutorial describes how clouds and smoke effects are made. The author introduces two common methods to accomplish this. First, with the cloud filter, after the filter is performed, we select the cloud parts individually and then combine them appropriately. The other is to use the brush with the filter to complete, you need to paint the clouds of the graph, and then use filters and layer styles to make layers, the latter method is slightly more difficult.
