Getting Started with Word Animation tutorial 16: Previewing the document you want to open

The user can preview the contents of the selected document before opening the document. The method is as follows:

1. Click the Open button on the Common toolbar, and in the Open dialog box, navigate to the specific folder where you want to open the document.

2. Select the target document.

3. Click the Drop-down button to the right of the View button, select Preview in the menu, and a preview of the document appears to the right of the middle of the dialog box, so you can view and determine whether you want to open the document for yourself.

Tips:

1. Click the View button in the Open dialog box continuously, and the file and folder display area in the middle will toggle the view form in thumbnails, tile, icon, list, details, properties, preview order.

2. In the Open dialog box, you cannot preview files such as. txt,. xls.
