Clip art is a word program with a vector image, including people, animals and plants, architecture, technology and other fields, exquisite and practical, selectively use them in the document, you can play a very good beautification and embellishment of the role. Inserting clip art can be done in the following steps:
1. perform insert → picture → clip art to display the Clip Art task pane.
2. In the Search text box in the Clip Art task pane, type a descriptive word or phrase for the clip you want. Of course, you can also search by using all or part of the file name of the clip art.
3. Click the arrow in the Search in box and select the collection you want to search. Word's own clip art is typically stored in Office collections.
4. Click the arrow in the Result type box to select Clip art to cancel other options selected.
5. Click the Search button. If there are any eligible clip art, they will appear in the result box.
6. Click the clip to insert it into the document.
Tips:
1. Click Manage clips in the lower part of the Clip Art task pane to open Microsoft Clip Organizer, where you can find the clip art you want, and if you want to insert it in a document, you can copy the picture and paste it in the location you specified in the Word document.
2. If your computer is connected to the Internet, you can also search for clip art from the Microsoft Company's related pages. Click Office Online clips at the bottom of the Clip Art task pane to reach the online home page of Clip Gallery.
