Alignment is the way the paragraph content is arranged horizontally between the left and right edges of the document. Word has 5 types of alignment: left, right, center, justified, and distributed.
The easiest way to set paragraph alignment is to use the buttons on the Formatting toolbar, however, by default, the left alignment button does not appear, and we can perform the tools → custom → format, locate the button, and drag it to the toolbar.
In addition, you can use the Indent and Spacing tab in the Paragraph dialog box to set the alignment of a paragraph.
All of these operations are simple, at a glance. Note, however, that you want to position the insertion point in a paragraph before you set paragraph alignment, or select this paragraph.
