Getting Started with Word Animation tutorial 77: Inserting WordArt

Inserting WordArt into a document can make a very special artistic effect.

First, insert WordArt

1. Place the insertion point where you want to insert the WordArt.

2. Perform "insert" → "picture" → WordArt, or click the Insert WordArt button on the Drawing toolbar or WordArt toolbar to open the WordArt Gallery dialog box.

3. Select a WordArt style and click OK to open the Edit WordArt Text dialog box.

4. In the text box, enter the text you want to set.

5. In the Font list, select the appropriate font, and in the Font Size list, select the font size you want. Click the Bold or italic buttons to further refine the font.

Note: Only one font format can be used for text in the same WordArt.

6. Click the OK button and the WordArt is inserted into the document inline.

Tip: If you want to convert text in the body to WordArt, you can select the text and then insert the WordArt.
