In the Page Setup dialog box, you can select a border type to decorate the entire page. The steps are as follows:
1. Open the Page Setup dialog box and switch to the Layout tab.
2. Click the Border button to open the Borders and Shading dialog box (you can also perform the format, border, and Shading Open dialog box) and set it on the Page Border tab.
3. Select the style of the border in the Settings column. None is used to remove borders, and custom is used to add different borders to each side of the page.
4. In the Line Style box, select the line style you want to use for the border.
5. In color, select the border color. The auto item removes the border color that you set and takes the default color.
6. In the Width box, select the thickness of the border line.
When you have finished setting, the right area will display a preview effect, and you can set four borders using the four buttons for the top, bottom, left, and right.
7. In the Applies To box, select which pages to add borders to.
The above setting is to decorate the page with the basic line style, in addition to using the art design in Word instead of the basic line styles, but not the same page to use two or more styles of art style.
8. Click the Options button in the lower-right corner to open the Borders and Shading dialog box to set the distance between the page border and the text or the page edge.
