To arrange multiple drawing objects neatly, follow these steps:
1. Select the multiple drawing objects you want to align.
There are several ways to select multiple objects: ① Press the CTRL key to choose one by one points; ② press shift one by one to select the ③ click the Select Multiple Objects button on the Drawing toolbar to check the Open dialog box for the object you want to manipulate; ④ Click the Select Object button on the Drawing toolbar. Drag the Circle object with the mouse.
2. Click the Draw button on the Drawing toolbar and select Align or Distribute in the pop-up menu, and the Align or Distribute submenu pops up with the following command:
① relative to page: When this item is selected, the reference standard for the graphic alignment is the page border, at which point you can select only one drawing object to align relative to the page. If you want to align and arrange graphics objects, you need to cancel the selection of this item.
② left: Aligns all selected drawing objects to the left edge of one of the leftmost objects.
③ Horizontal alignment: Aligns all selected drawing objects horizontally in the center.
④ Right: Aligns all selected drawing objects to the right edge of the rightmost object.
⑤ Top: Aligns all selected drawing objects to the top edge of the topmost object.
⑥ Vertical Alignment: Centers All selected drawing objects vertically.
⑦ Bottom: Aligns all selected drawing objects to the bottom edge of one object.
⑧ Horizontal distribution: The selected three or more graphics objects are spaced horizontally in the horizontal direction of the page.
⑨ Vertical distribution: The selected three or more graphics objects are spaced vertically in the vertical direction of the page.
Note: Alignment and distribution operations can only be made for drawing objects within the same page.
This example first aligns a few graphic objects to the right, and then distributes them vertically, and the animation of the action is as follows:
