When using Gitlab, Gravatar avatar is broken, refer to the following link solution, using the multi-said Gravatar CDN:
Resolves an issue where Gitlab's Gravatar avatar cannot be displayed
However, there will be a picture of the situation, so chose to disable the Gravatar avatar
This gitlab will give the user a unified default avatar (no broken picture), of course, users can also upload a custom avatar

Remove the checkmark for the check box in front of the Gravatar enabled
