1, not good bed, than your usual time to set the alarm clock forward at least 20 minutes
It's a bad thing to get out of bed.

8. Fitness

Remember, if you use my method, this must-read page is required to be done every day.
If you have plenty of time to read it out in one gulp, of course it's best. Without full time, this method can force you to give up excuses that don't have time to read.
Combine reference books and novels that can enhance yourself and read them. It's not good for you to be immersed in a novel.
10. Invest in Yourself
Well, there is a phrase I particularly agree on: "To cross your own comfort zone", to contact the peripheral "Unknown area", whether it is knowledge or thinking, continuous learning and improvement, is the best investment for themselves.
If you want to succeed, from now on, and more than the success of the people to contact, the success of others is not unreasonable;
