Extended installation and enable method installation via browser installation

- Installing Chrome-gnome-shell-git through Package Manager
Once installed, the extension can be installed directly via https://extensions.gnome.org/
Install via Package
- Enter https://extensions.gnome.org/to download the plugin package you need
Extract and unzip to ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
