A. Is the physical link unobstructed?
B. The local IP, routing, DNS settings are standard.
C. Test the patency of the gateway or router.
D. Test the usual situation of ping public IP (usually remember several external IP)
E. Test DNS patency, you can ping etiantian.org to see if the corresponding IP.
