1. Expand the following menu:

   Run----External Tools----External Tools Configurations

2. Create a new tool under program

3. In location, fill in the Windows Explorer path, if C:\windows\explorer.exe
4. Fill in ${container_loc} in Arguments
5. Select the Common tab
6. Select the External Tools check box (make the item appear in the toolbar)
7. Name on the header, define a name for the tool, such as: Open in Explorer
8. Click the Apply button

Then close the window, the left item needs to open the file, select menu Run----External Tools----Open in Explorer opens the folder at the specified location.
