IEEE Export Literature
On the IEEE Search results page, select the title of the document or "quick Abstract"→"view full abstract>>". Remember to open the summary, not download the pdf file.
On the page that opens, select "download citation" in the left column.

Import
Open the endnote, select a database, select "file"→"import"→"file", and then open the Import dialog box.

- Import option: Select Reference Manager (RIS).
- Duplicates: Look at the situation, if you want to remove the duplicate document discard Duplicats, you can also choose Import into Duplicats Library, the duplicate documents into a separate database. I don't want anything. Select Import All
