Golang template and JUnit XML report to HTML tool

A task recently was to convert the JUnit XML format report into HTML format using Golang, and then learned the Golang template package.

Golang provides support for templates (according to the documentation, data-driven templates, Data-driven template), respectively, under "Text/template" and "Html/template" two packages. The two packages are consistent at the API level, but "html/template" provides better support for HTML text, such as some of the key symbols in HTML (like ' < ', ' > ') are escaped and then exported. So the following is only the "html/template" to do the next introduction.
